Reina Offutt

President/Owner

Reina Offutt is both the creative mind and owner of RTR Pilates. Since 2006, Reina has worked continuously to ensure a thriving business for both her employees, and her clients. With six intimate, inspiring, and accessible locations, Reina plans to expand her business and personal goal to sculpt both the mind and body. She places a high importance on philanthropy. She firmly believes in giving back to the community, both personally, and professionally. Annually, Potomac Pilates donates more than $5000 worth of services to schools, charities, and organizations. The MOM-trepreneur is a proud mother of 2 two-legged children and 2 four-legged fur babies. Reina holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tulane University and a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University.

Sara Latham

Chief Operations Officer

Sara started her journey at RTR Pilates in 2018. As COO, she ensures efficient operational processes to support the expansion of RTR. She is committed to the growth and success of her team including the Academy, development, facilities, and instructor management.

In addition to managing the Operations team, Sara is also an instructor. She strongly believes that Pilates is for every body. She loves to help clients at each level find new ways to both challenge themselves and feel accomplished. Sara has a passion for working with pre- and post-natal clients since Pilates was incredibly important to her through three pregnancies.

Prior to RTR, Sara obtained a law degree at Vermont Law School. She also previously worked for non-profit organizations and has a passion for volunteering and giving back to the community.

Outside of RTR, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She loves hiking, traveling, cooking, reading, and reality TV.

Crystal Armstrong

Director of Facilities

Crystal has eight years of experience in the retail sports industry. Her career has focused on building teams, fostering culture, and streamlining operations through strong leadership practices. In her free time, Crystal helps manage the Sinh Thuc Meditation Center in Wardensville, WV. Her passions include Zen mindfulness, literature, and volunteer work. She is also a big fan of Bravo reality TV. As Director of Facilities, Crystal is excited to help enhance the client and instructor experience at each of our studios.

Alyssa Jacobson

Director of Sales, Marketing & Tech

With over 12 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Alyssa Jacobson brings a dynamic blend of entrepreneurial drive, operational expertise, and passion for people to RTR Pilates. Before joining RTR, Alyssa owned and operated several [solidcore] studios in Minnesota, the only independently owned locations in the country, before selling them back to corporate in a multimillion-dollar deal.

At RTR, Alyssa leads the strategy behind sales, marketing, and technology integration, helping the brand continue to grow while maintaining its signature community feel. Her focus on client experience, team development, and data-driven decision-making has helped streamline operations and enhance engagement across all studios.

Alyssa believes in the power of movement, mindset, and meaningful connection—and is committed to building a culture where challenge leads to confidence, effort leads to progress, and every person at RTR learns to move and live with purpose.

Stacy Rankin

Director of Finance

Jennifer Blackburn

Regional Manager

Jennifer Blackburn is a seasoned fitness industry leader with more than 28 years of experience in boutique fitness, coaching, and client transformation. Known for her disciplined, results-driven approach, she brings deep expertise in programming, instructor development, and client experience to her role as Regional Manager.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has taught, mentored, and managed teams across multiple modalities — including Pilates, cycling, strength training, and personal coaching — consistently raising performance standards and fostering strong community engagement. Her extensive certifications and well-established reputation as a high-energy educator underscore her ability to design programming that drives measurable outcomes and meaningful client retention.

Jennifer has been recognized as a Best of Bethesda Trainer and has served as an ambassador for prominent wellness brands including Lululemon, MakeWellness, Vital Performance, GOTR, and Girls Up. She has appeared on NBC4, Discovery Health, Good Day Live, Great Day Washington, and Comcast Sports, using her voice to make fitness accessible, inspiring, and achievable for all.

A published contributor to the Washington Post, Women’s Health, Self Magazine, Byrdie, Business Insider, and Parade, Jennifer has been named one of DC’s Top Trainers by Washingtonian Magazine for her ability to motivate, educate, and elevate clients — from first-time participants to elite performers.

Jennifer lives in Maryland with her husband and is the proud mother of five and grandmother of two. She brings a blend of operational stewardship, coaching excellence, and passion for people that aligns with her mission to elevate teams and empower clients to reach their fullest potential.
