Our Level 3 Pilates class is specifically designed for clients who are ready for the most advanced and demanding Pilates experience. This class is not for the faint of heart; it’s tailored to those who seek the pinnacle of Pilates training.
This class assumes that you have a solid foundation in Pilates and are fully equipped to modify exercises as needed, especially if you have any pre existing injuries or conditions. It’s essential to maintain proper form and technique throughout the class to ensure safety and maximize results.

To intensify the workout, our experienced instructors will provide more repetitions per exercise, adjust the spring resistance, accelerate transitions, and introduce complex movements.
