Three Focuses. One Stronger Practice.
Build a body that never holds you back.
True progress doesn't happen by accident—and random workouts can lead to plateaus. That’s why we designed the 3 RTR Pillars: Strength, Longevity, and Endurance.
Together, they take the guesswork out of your routine, creating an intentional weekly rhythm. By giving your body the exact variety it needs, you're building power, improving stamina, and protecting your mobility for the long haul.
The 3 RTR Pillars
Each class is built around one pillar, so you always know what you're training.

Strength
Elevating how you move.Build power, stability, and confidence in your movement. Strength-focused classes use controlled, heavy spring tension to safely build muscle tissue and bone density. Expect stronger legs, better core stability, and the ability to handle your daily physical demands with ease.

Endurance
Elevating how you feel.Build your stamina and capacity to sustain effort longer. Endurance-focused classes keep you in constant, rhythmic motion using continuous flow and high repetitions. You will build cardiovascular stamina and the mental drive to keep going in the moments that matter outside the studio.

Longevity
Elevating how you live.Support mobility, balance, control, and functional strength for the long term. Longevity-focused classes use targeted spring work for deep stabilization and active recovery. We focus on the "inner work," building joint health and a resilient body that continues to support your life pain-free.
Your Weekly Rhythm
A more intentional way to build your week.
Each week classes will rotate through Strength, then Longevity, then Endurance. ie if Monday is Strength, Thursday would again be Strength. Creating a cycle that repeats every 4th week.
For the most balanced practice, aim for 3 classes per week, with exposure to each pillar.
MINIMUM OF One of each. Every week
What About the Levels?
The Pillar tells you what you're training.
The Level tells you how challenging the class will be.
We've simplified the levels to make your scheduling easier.
Beginner
Build your foundation with more guidance, support, and focus on form. Incorporates Level 1 from our past leveling.
Intermediate
Build on the basics with a faster pace, added challenge, and more independence. Incorporates Level 1+ and Level 2 from our past leveling.
Advanced
Take on more complexity, intensity, and advanced movement. Incorporates Level 2+ and Level 3 from our past leveling.

Why is RTR Pilates introducing the 3 Pillars?
When you commit to showing up on the reformer 3 to 4 times a week, you deserve a routine that keeps you engaged and delivers real, balanced progress. You shouldn’t have to deal with repetitive workouts, plateaued results, or the hassle of juggling multiple studios just to get a complete fitness regimen.
We created the 3-Pillars to take the guesswork out of your training. By giving every class a clear daily focus, you know exactly what to expect before you even step through the door. It delivers the well-rounded, full-body routine you need under one roof—keeping your workouts fresh, targeting every muscle group intentionally, and maximizing the return on every hour you invest on the reformer.
Strength, Longevity, and Endurance – what do they really mean?
1. Strength (The Heavy Day) – A high-intensity session focused on building muscle and increasing bone density using heavier spring tension and controlled, slower tempos. The goal is to challenge force output, push past the comfort zone, and reach muscular fatigue.
2. Longevity (The Sustainable Body Day) – A precision and stability-focused session using light-to-medium springs to target deep stabilizing muscles, functional mobility, and joint health. The goal is to improve neuromuscular control, correct body imbalances through unilateral work, and enhance balance and spinal articulation.
3. Endurance (The Fluidity & Stamina Day) – A high-volume, flow-driven session using moderate, “middle-of-the-road” spring tension to keep the body in continuous, rhythmic motion with minimal stops. The goal is to build cardiovascular stamina, improve muscular endurance, and train the body to recover faster using higher repetition counts.
What is the difference between a Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 class?
Level 1 — Foundational classes focused on proper form, alignment, technique, and foundational reformer movements. Required for all new clients to build confidence and master the basics.
Level 2 — Intermediate features more complex sequencing, increased resistance, faster transitions, and may incorporate props and standing work. Builds strength, stability, and coordination on a foundation of solid technique.
Level 3 — Advanced features high-intensity programming, layered choreography, complex transitions, and advanced movement combinations, potentially incorporating props and standing work. Requires strong Pilates fundamentals, body awareness, and the ability to maintain control through challenging sequences.
What is happening with the + classes? If I am a Level 1+ client, what class should I take?
We are merging the Level 1+ and 2 classes together and will be offering modification, adjustments and challenges throughout the class to amplify the movements.
If you are currently taking Level 1+ classes, you have all the knowledge and skill set to take you to a Level 2 class. If you find the class too challenging, you can always take a Level 1 class and add on challenging layers to any exercise.
If I can only come once a week, will I get the same focus each week?
We are going to be rotating the focus of each day continuously throughout the schedule. i.e. if you come on a Monday and it is Strength, Tuesday will be Longevity, Wednesday will be Endurance and the following Monday will be Longevity.
Will I still get the benefits of a RTR Pilates class that I am currently taking now?
Yes! We are currently already teaching classes in this manner. The streamlined scheduling will let you know what to expect, reduce repeat classes, and help you keep progressing.
