We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Founding Studio Manager to lead our market entry and build our Philly community from the ground up.

This isn’t just a management job—it’s a career launchpad. We are looking for a high-performer ready to prove their leadership during our “Founding Phase” and transition into a General Manager role overseeing total studio operations and future growth.

The Mission

Your primary objective is to generate local momentum and hit aggressive membership targets before our Grand Opening in early August. You will be the face of RTR in Philadelphia, acting as the local lead and reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

Phase 1: The Build (Now – August)

  • Sales Grit: You have a proven track record of hitting quotas and are comfortable “pounding the pavement” to find new members.

  • Local Expert: You know Philadelphia inside and out. You know where our target clients hang out and how to connect with them.

  • Resilient & Adaptable: You can handle the pivots and challenges that come with new construction and market entry.

Requirements

  • Travel: Ability to travel to the DC/DMV area for 2–4 weeks of intensive initial training.

  • Flexibility: A “whatever it takes” schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and evening community events.

  • Experience: Fitness experience is preferred; you will be trained to teach our signature RTR-style reformer Pilates.
