Operating as the Integrator within our Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the COO will serve as the single point of accountability for RTR’s leadership team. Position Requirements

  • Executive Experience: 5–8+ years of senior operational leadership experience (COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent) with a proven track record of scaling a multi-location company.

  • Industry Background: Success within boutique fitness, luxury hospitality, or a premium, high-touch customer service industry.

  • Financial Mastery: Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and budgeting.

  • EOS Familiarity: Prior experience working within an EOS environment is highly preferred (or a strong willingness to master the framework).

We are bringing this premier boutique experience to the Philadelphia area and are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Founding Studio Manager to lead our market entry. As the Founding Studio Manager, you will be the face of our expansion, responsible for driving presales and generating local momentum. Pre-Open & Launch Phase

Your primary objective is to hit membership targets before Grand Opening Day (planned for early August). You will act as the local lead, reporting to the Regional Manager while being the primary driver of growth on the ground.

  • Supports the GM in monitoring churn data and executes member-save strategies to re-engage at-risk clients and build long-term loyalty.

6. Culture Ambassador

  • Champions RTR’s mission and core values, fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment for staff and clients while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and studio culture.

7. Presale & New Location Support

  • Supports presales for new locations opening within their pod — executing grassroots marketing blitzes, community partnerships, and local events in the new market.
  • Works presale leads in Axle – assists to staff pop-ups, and launch events as scheduled.
  • Helps establish the RTR Hospitality Way and brand standard from a new studio’s first day.

Accountability

  • Reports to the General Manager, who holds the AGM accountable to weekly scorecard metrics — including partnership touchpoints, event execution, and spreadsheet upkeep.

 

Requirements

  • Fitness teaching experience preferred; client relations experience a plus.
  • Genuine passion for fitness and a solid understanding of industry trends.
  • Desire to learn fitness software, analytics, and financial acumen in preparation for a GM role.
  • Ability to work on-site at managed locations within the DMV (District, Maryland, Virginia) area.
  • Schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the community, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends for class instruction, events, and studio coverage.
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $$48,000-$52,000, plus compensation for teaching 8-12 classes weekly and an estimated monthly revenue share bonus.

We don’t just teach you the exercises; we mentor you in the RTR Method—a blend of anatomy-based education, precision cueing, and professional excellence. Whether you’re looking to transition into fitness full-time or deepen your movement expertise, our Academy provides the roadmap to your success.

Compensation & Growth

We believe in investing in our talent from day one.

  • During Training: $17.65/hour (Includes ~80–100 in-person hours + observation and coursework).

  • Post-Graduation: $35-$80 total estimated compensation (includes classes taught and commission approx. 4-8 classes a week)


What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, rigorous program designed for those committed to the craft.

  • Learn & Observe: Attend all workshops and complete ~25 hours of outside study, including manual reviews and video training.

  • Practice & Refine: Participate in team-teaching and apply real-time feedback from master instructors.

  • Lead with Clarity: Develop class plans that emphasize proper alignment, safety, and the signature RTR energy.

  • Build Community: Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment with your fellow trainees.


Who You Are

  • Movement-Minded: You have a solid background in movement and a curiosity for anatomy or biomechanics.

  • Motivated: You’re either a Pilates practitioner or highly driven to master the discipline.

  • Communicator: You possess strong verbal skills and a willingness to learn precise cueing.

  • Professional: You are reliable, open to coaching, and passionate about a career in the fitness industry.

  • Teaching experience is a plus, but a great attitude and a “student mindset” are required!
