Reformer Pilates

Our contemporary take on traditional Pilates exercises introduces innovation and excitement to every class. RTR Pilates instructors lead you through a choreographed plan that engages your entire body. Our certified instructors are skilled at providing modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, making each exercise suitable for beginners to advanced participants.

Circuit Classes

Experience the fusion of RTR Pilates moves and cardio intervals in our Circuit Classes. Cardio bursts are incorporated through activities such as jumping off the footboard or creative instructor-led exercises. Classes alternate between Pilates and cardio segments, ensuring a dynamic and heart-pumping workout. By adding the jumpboard to our reformers experience the fusion of RTR.

Charity Classes

RTR Pilates believes in giving back to our community. Join our charity classes, designated as CHARITY CLASS on the schedule, to contribute to local causes while getting a great workout.

These mixed-level classes are designed to be accessible for beginners yet challenging enough for all participants. Enjoy a rewarding fitness experience while supporting a charitable mission.

Reformer Pilates Class Levels

Level 1

Our Level 1 Pilates class is the ideal starting point for newcomers to Pilates and those new to RTR Pilates. Whether you’re entirely new to Pilates or transitioning from a different Pilates studio, this class will acquaint you with our equipment, body positioning, and RTR Pilates-specific terminology.

All clients must begin with a Level 1 class, ensuring a solid foundation and understanding of our approach.

Beginner Classes

Level 1 +

For those seeking a slightly more challenging experience than a traditional Level 1 class, our Level 1+ class offers a similar move set at a faster pace, akin to a Level 2 class. It’s the perfect choice for those who want to progress beyond the introductory level.

Level 2

Our Level 2 Pilates class is designed for clients ready to build upon the foundational skills acquired in Level 1. Classes move at a faster tempo and assume a basic understanding of cueing and technique.

With minimal breaks, instructors tailor instruction to match the average fitness level of participants, offering modifications for additional challenge or support.

Intermediate Classes

Level 2+

Experience a higher level of challenge with our Level 2+ class, which builds upon the traditional Level 2 class by incorporating variations and advanced modifications to enhance your Pilates practice.

Level 3

Our Level 3 Pilates class is designed for those seeking an even more demanding workout. With no breaks between exercises, this class is tailored to advanced clients prepared to modify exercises for any injuries or preexisting conditions. The pace is set for the most advanced participants, with instructors adding more repetitions, adjusting spring weights, and increasing the complexity of exercises to intensify the challenge.
