What You Need and What We Provide
An RTR day retreat is not meant to be complicated; we provide most of what you need. However, we do ask that you bring:
- A yoga mat

- A journal and pen for reflection
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
- Cash or a card for optional additions, such as wine flights, food trucks, or shopping.
We provide everything else you need, including tools for specific activities as scheduled. RTR offers:
- Guided movement and mindfulness experiences
- Cozy, welcoming spaces to relax and connect
- Light refreshments or snacks (varies by event)
- A few thoughtful extras to elevate your experience (such as an RTR goodie bag to go)
