Pilates Instructor Training

The best thing about the RTR Training Academy, was getting to take a multitude of classes and getting different perspectives on Pilates from some of our best instructors! Developing a strong kinesthetic awareness of the various exercises has really helped me in my own practice and in teaching others! I came home everyday with a wealth of knowledge to work with and for that I am extraordinarily grateful!

I can’t pick just one thing I loved most about the academy, so I’ll give a few! I loved the closeness of the group. It’s an experience that brings you together by the intensity and challenge. I also loved the support from all of the training instructors. Everyone was kind, helpful, and encouraging and it made the entire process even more fun and exciting. Finally, I loved the feeling of accomplishment after finishing the program.

What I loved most about the RTR Training Program was the bond I had with the other instructors and training staff and the growth I experienced in myself. Even after teaching fitness for 12+years(!), there is always more I can learn. I got direct and quick feedback and that always helps me learn and grow. I truly appreciate the time some of the Academy instructors – especially my mentor – have given me from their heart to invest in my personal success. It’s something I would do for others.

Aside from teaching my clients, the training program is one of my highlights with RTR. The academy is an incredibly supportive environment for learning and developing as an instructor. I’ll never forget the many passionate Pilates professionals who shared their wisdom and guided us to blossom, dive deep into Pilates, and find our unique voice teaching an exercise we love.
