RTR Pilates is hiring motivated, movement-driven individuals to join our team as Pilates Instructors across our 8 studio locations in Virginia and Maryland. No prior certification? No problem. All selected candidates will complete our paid, in-house RTR Pilates Training Academy before teaching on the schedule.

About the Role

This role is for anyone excited to teach Pilates in a fun, team-driven environment while positively impacting clients’ strength, confidence, and overall well-being.  You’ll complete our immersive training program, then transition into teaching at one or more RTR studios upon graduation.

Training Details

  • Paid, in-house Pilates Instructor Training Academy
  • Hands-on studio training, anatomy education, class observation, and practice teaching
  • Mentorship and ongoing support
  • $17.65/hour during training (approx. 80–100 hours + outside work)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong movement background and interest in anatomy or fitness
  • Pilates practitioners or those eager to deepen their Pilates knowledge
  • Teaching experience preferred but not required
  • Clear communication skills and openness to coaching
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to growth

Post-Training Employment

Graduates may be offered paid Pilates Instructor positions at any of our RTR Pilates studios in VA or MD, with continued mentorship and schedule growth opportunities.

The Business Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting RTR Pilates’ headquarters operations and overall brand experience. This position sits at the intersection of client relations, office administration, sales support, and marketing operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while supporting growth initiatives across the organization.

Client Relations & Brand Experience 

  • Serve as a first point of contact for RTR Pilates headquarters, managing and monitoring the inbox with prompt, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses
  • Support client inquiries, referrals, and general questions with a high level of professionalism and care
  • Help ensure a consistent, elevated client experience across headquarters operations
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams when needed to ensure timely resolution and follow-through

Office Administration & Headquarters Operations

  • Oversee daily administrative operations at the Potomac headquarters
  • Manage printing, copying, document preparation, filing, and organization of shared office spaces
  • Coordinate office supplies, procurement, vendor relationships, and general office needs
  • Support lab scheduling, organization, and supply management
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed

Marketing & Operations Support

  • Support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives including promotions, studio communications, grassroots efforts, events, and mailings
  • Assist with maintaining and updating third-party booking systems
  • Provide lead and message support through social media channels as directed
  • Support operational coordination tied to marketing initiatives and studio events

Sales Support

  • Help maintain accurate and organized client and partner records
  • Support lead management and basic conversion efforts within the AXLE CRM platform
  • Assist with outreach and follow-up to prospective clients who have not yet enrolled, using predefined processes and brand-approved messaging
  • Track basic lead activity and share insights or trends with leadership to support conversion opportunities

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, client service, or office support role
    (Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based environments is a plus)
  • Comfortable supporting client follow-up and sales processes using established workflows
  • Experience working with CRMs, booking software, or customer databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, warm, and welcoming tone
  • Proficient with basic office tools (email, calendars, documents, spreadsheet

Availability & Work Style

  • Available to work 30–40 hours per week, fully in-person at the Potomac headquarters
  • Flexible to support occasional evenings or weekends for events or special initiatives in the DMV area
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent with follow-through

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Paid Time Off: 11 days/year plus 3 holidays and 5 floating holidays.
