Membership Termination

Please be sure to read through all the guidelines and restrictions before submitting your request.

1. You can cancel your membership anytime after your initial 3-month commitment with 14 days notice prior to your next bill date.
2. Please note that we require a 14-day notice prior to your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is the 15th of each month and you’d like to cancel by November 15th, then your request for termination must be submitted no later than November 1st.
3. Requests submitted less than 14 days prior to the next billing date will be honored for the following billing cycle.
