Designed for clients who are ready to build upon the foundations developed in beginner classes, these classes offer a faster-paced and more challenging experience, perfect for advancing your practice.

Our Level 2 Pilates class is tailored for clients who have successfully completed beginner classes and are eager to explore deeper into the Pilates method. This class assumes that you have a solid understanding of basic cueing and technique, allowing us to maintain a brisker pace while delivering instructions at the level of the average fitness of our participants.

In Level 2, you’ll notice that we take fewer breaks during class, allowing for a more continuous flow of exercises. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of Pilates movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. While the class is challenging, it’s also highly rewarding, offering a dynamic and engaging experience.

Instructors will offer modifications to help accommodate your individual needs, ensuring that you can challenge yourself at your own pace. This class empowers you to push your boundaries and achieve new heights in your Pilates practice.

For those seeking an even more demanding class than a typical Level 2, our Level 2+ Pilates class offers a perfect opportunity to advance your practice further.

In the Level 2+ class, you can expect a heightened level of intensity and complexity. Our instructors will guide you through a diverse range of Pilates exercises, including advanced movements and techniques. This class is designed to push your limits and help you reach your fitness goals. If it is your first time at RTR we ask that you get approval from a staff member before attending a level 2+ class.
