Designed for clients seeking a rigorous and challenging workout, our Level 3 Pilates class takes you beyond the foundations of Level 2.

Our Level 3 Pilates class is designed to build strength and endurance for a challenging and effective total body workout. The class will have the challenge and complexity of an advanced Pilates class while incorporating hand weights and strength training movements. The pace is set for the most advanced participants with instructors adding more repetitions, adjusting spring weights, and increasing the complexity of the exercises to intensify the challenge. If it is your first time at RTR, we ask that you get approval from a staff member before attending a level 3 class.

In the Level 3 class is a continuous relentless flow of exercises with no breaks in between. The pace is set to match the most advanced client in the room, ensuring that you’re constantly challenged and engaged.

To intensify the workout, our experienced instructors will provide more repetitions per exercise, adjust the spring resistance, accelerate transitions, and introduce complex movements.
