What To Expect
Our Level 1 Pilates class is the ideal starting point for clients who have never experienced Pilates before or are new to RTR Pilates. We believe that everyone should begin their journey here, regardless of their fitness level or prior Pilates experience.
In our Level 1 Pilates class, you’ll embark on a comprehensive introduction to Pilates, including the equipment and apparatus used in our studio.

For those seeking a bit more challenge than a traditional Level 1 class, our Level 1+ Pilates class is the perfect fit. This class maintains the basic moves and exercises found in Level 1 but elevates the pace to align more closely with a Level 2 class.

The Level 1+ class is designed to bridge the gap between introductory and intermediate Pilates levels. It provides an opportunity for those who want a faster-paced workout while still benefiting from foundational exercises.
