If you lay on your back on a rubber ball and rest your feet on the gorund, place your hands on your ears (not behind your head) and do about 20 or so sit ups, or until you start to feel your abs getting worked out.Another thing that is good for muscle building is to lay on your back on a flat surface. Then rest your arms at your sides and keeping your legs straight, lift your lower body up using the muscles in your stomach. When weight lifting, form is very important. And doing it slower will actually get you better results. If you try to weightlift quickly, you are not really working your arm muscles in the right way. Lifing and lowering them slowly will force your muscles to hold the weights longer, therefore building more muscle.Doing regular exercised daily should get you nice results. But you should wait a few days between strenuous exercises because your muscles may feel sore and it is not good to over work them, as you may pull something or injure the muscle tissue. Also, before your workouts, try not to eat much becauseA) You will not get stomach achesand B)You will be burning fat, instead of the food.Good Luck!
