Leeor Pilo

Leeor's passion for Pilates began the moment she looped up for her first class. The emphasis on muscle lengthening and core provided a challenging workout that she couldn't get enough of, she was hooked! Leeor trained with RTR Pilates Training in Fall 2013 and fell in love with Pilates even more. So much so, that in May of 2014 she left the corporate world to join RTR Pilates full time as the Director of Instructor Development. In fall 2017 she trained with STOTT Pilates as well to further develop her skills. 

Inspiring others to become Pilates instructors and overseeing the on-boarding process brings Leeor happiness and increases her drive to become a strong instructor in the class room and an even stronger trainer for her colleagues. 

When she is not training instructors or in the class room you can find her on 14th St. listening to local music, making jewelry for her company Vylet Collections, or at home curled up with her cat.

  • Level 1/2 | Pilates Class
  • New to Pilates? Need a higher fitness level than our intro class? This class is for you. This 55-minute long Performance Pilates class uses the Balanced Body Allegro II Reformer to teach proper alignment and the fundamentals of Pilates. We incorporate traditional Pilates principles with innovative strength training and cardio exercises to give you a total body workout that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles. This class focuses on the basics and is designed to leave you feeling refreshed while also helping to improve strength, flexibility and core stability. The class will have the complexity of a Level 1 class, but the fitness level of a Level 2 class. 

  • Level 2 | Pilates Class
  • If you're looking to kick your workout up a notch, then this 55-minute intermediate Pilates class is for you! Designed for the more experienced Pilates-goer, our Level 2 classes incorporate new exercises and increased repetitions to keep your workout challenging and fresh. Traditional Pilates principles are combined with innovative strength-training and cardio exercises to give you a serious full-body workout.

  • Level 1 | Pilates Class
  • New to Pilates? Need a gentler workout? This class is for you. This 55-minute long Performance Pilates class uses the Balanced Body Allegro II Reformer to teach proper alignment and the fundamentals of Pilates. We incorporate traditional Pilates principles with innovative strength training and cardio exercises to give you a total body workout that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles. This class focuses on the basics and is designed to leave you feeling refreshed while also helping to improve strength, flexibility and core stability. 

  • HH | Level 2/3 | Pilates Class
  • *HAPPY HOUR* This class is a great deal! A "Happy Hour" Level 2/3 class is offered at half price (only $20 for drop ins), otherwise it is just like a regular Level 2/3 class.
     
    The Level 2/3 Pilates class is for clients looking to challenge themselves and work at their own pace. The instructor uses effective exercise techniques, offering modifications so that intermediate to advanced clients can work at their own skill level for a tailored workout that is individualized to their needs. This is a great transitional class that is sure to give you a tough workout. If you are ready to push yourself, try this class to sculpt your body, develop strength and improve your posture.
