Eden Ellis

Using the skills I have learned from being a Rock The Reformer client first and certified thru Balanced Body, I get to help clients discover what they are truly capable of physically and mentally. The longest and most important relationship we have during our lives is the one with our mind and body, Pilates is designed to bring both together to help us focus on being present in the moment. One of the crazy blessings in having emergency open heart surgery is how Pilates had kept me in shape before and helped me recuperate quickly after. It makes me so happy when a client achieves their true potential and has that beautiful “A-ha” moment in understanding what Pilates has done for them. I am so lucky to be a part of their journey!

  • Form | Function | FUN
  • A little form….a little function….a LOT of fun!
In class, a couple weeks ago, we were discussing topics for workshops that clients would like to see RTR offer. I was a little surprised and very excited that a few clients wanted to have the opportunity to work on their form.

Have you been in a class lately and wondered if you had the form right? Did you feel any of the feelings the instructor mentioned? Did you wish that you could have a few more reps to know? Are you getting the results you expected or do you feel like a few places are feeling bigger…not smaller? Were you wishing you could get a little one on one time with the instructor, but didn’t want to hold the class up? Let’s spend about an hour learning more about where your bones go and how your muscles naturally follow. Bring 2-3 moves and we will focus on the Pilates fundamentals behind the move.

Join me, Eden Ellis, on Saturday, February 9th at 4pm at our Palisades location.
RTR Members $80. Non members $99
