HH | Level 3 | Pilates Class

Molly Solebello

Molly fell in love with Pilates immediately after her first class. The variety of movements and emphasis on lengthening and toning are things you can't find in any other type of workout-- that's what keeps her coming back for more!

Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle has always been a part of Molly's life, but she never found something that she was passionate about until Pilates. After just under a year of taking as many classes as possible, the next step was to become an instructor! Her love and passion for Pilates continues to grow every day-- so much so that, in May of 2015 she left the corporate world in her position as a Sales Executive at a local tech company to join Potomac Pilates full time as the Client Advisor. In this role she will continue the growth of current clients and show new clients just how amazing Pilates is!

Alex Ansu

As a lifelong athlete, after taking her first Pilates class at a Rock The Reformer studio, Alex knew that she had found a different kind of athleticism. Pilates helped to improve her running, prevented injury and she found all of that happened within a short time. The machine’s potential for an infinite number of movements and exercises blew Alex’s mind. The rest is history!

Valerie Wiest

New mom and longtime fitness enthusiast, Valerie, began doing Pilates over 10 years ago at age 14. A former dancer and self proclaimed “gym rat” Valerie’s dedication to fitness is apparent in her classes. Although Valerie graduated as a language triple major from the University of Maryland in 2009, she found her true passion in teaching fitness classes. Driven by her desire to instill a love of exercise in others, she got certified to teach through PHI Pilates. In her pursuit of being a better instructor, Valerie also got recertified through Peak Pilates in 2013. In addition to her Pilates certification, Valerie is an ACE certified personal trainer, certified Beyond Barre instructor, and a certified spin instructor.


As the mother of a young child Valerie knows that the best workouts are efficient, making the most out of the time you have. Her teaching style is a testament to the fact that fitness classes can be challenging, efficient, effective and fun. Valerie practices what she preaches and uses a combination of Barre method, pilates and cardio and weight training to stay in shape. And it works!-- Who else do you know that walked out of the maternity ward wearing their pre-pregnancy jeans?

Ulrick Rosemond

Ulrick has a lifelong passion for fitness and has dedicated 15 years to all aspects of the profession. He is a strong advocate for an active lifestyle and healthy nutrition. Prior to becoming a fitness professional, Ulrick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Management Information Systems from The American University. Ulrick quickly realized that Pilates was the missing piece in his comprehensive training regimen and could only benefit his background and help with clients. His positive outlook on life and training allows him to seek many different aspects of the fitness world. He is the founder and owner of URFitness and has worked as a fitness trainer at health clubs throughout the greater DC area. Ulrick's background includes expertise in group training, boot camp programs, boxing classes, sport specific conditioning, and rehabilitation exercises. Ulrick's certifications include: Balanced Body Pilates Mat and Reformer, Fitness Instructor and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength Professional Association, and Post-Rehabilitative Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist with the Pink Ribbon Program.

*HAPPY HOUR* This class is a great deal! A "Happy Hour" Level 3 class is offered at half price (only $20 for drop ins), otherwise it is just like a regular Level 3 class.
